Why Become a Mentor?
When you become a mentor, you have the opportunity to positively impact another student’s experience here at Southern Oregon University. Being a mentor to a student consists of being a resource for your mentee seeking academic, social, leadership, and experiential advice. You are meant to help connect them with the many resources available to them here at SOU. Mentors are a paid position with a base rate of $13.50/hour.
